AN 94 Russian assault rifle. A rifle that was never even seen before in Punjab, was being used to kill Sidhu Moose Wala. How easy it is to plan a murder these days? It is possible for someone to plan a murder even from jail now. Now we have two situations.
Either it is a clear reflection of a gang war.
Or Sidhu Moose Wala just became the prey to politics.
Now how can we get to a conclusion?
A few days ago, Navjot Singh Sidhu was imprisoned for 1 year and now Sidhu Moose Wala murder case. Is it a sign of continuous attack on the Congress community or religious establishment on Sikhs and Muslims on behalf of Hindu extremism? Now there are two sections –
- Political
- Religious
So gangs were already there and they wanted a clue from someone to take a step. Now guess who gave this clue to them? Obviously politics. Politics is a decent term. I would like to name it a ” political disaster “.
Only two days ago, the Punjab Police had ordered a temporary withdrawal of Sidhu Moose Wala’s security cover. Not only Sidhu but this temporary act was also done to 424 people on Friday who were either retired police officers or religious and political leaders for an emergent law and order duty. Now till this far, everything was fine but when they declared that list for public consumption, they just made a disastrous move. It was like an invitation for the killers to kill the one they want. They just used that opportunity and executed that perfectly.
We lost one of our best assets because of this particular political step, nothing else. So when it was just declared a gang war by DGP, Sidhu’s father wrote a letter to the chief minister on behalf of their family to re-consider the decision of DGP.
